Hii, I'm Linh — a product designer who starts with the problem, not the pixels.
I started at Zing MP3 — Vietnam's largest music platform with 28 million users — as a graphic designer. Watching how real users interacted with the product made me want to do more than make things look good. I wanted to make them work better.
Since then I've worked across fintech, healthcare, and proptech — leading redesigns, building new features from scratch, and collaborating with POs, developers, and business teams.
Good design, to me, is quiet. It gets out of the way and lets people do what they came to do.
